Flavour in our food comes first, we seek out traditionally-made foods that are frequently from British origins, particularly cheese. We like to think that we are not biased in any way. If a food has that special flavour or traditional quality, then we want to offer it to our customers, after all, eating and appreciating good food makes life more pleasurable, so why shouldn't we share the enjoyment? Good food is for everyone, not just a select 'gourmet' few, so don't be shy in offering encouragement to all.
